Genital Herpes
Genital herpes, along with other STDs and PIDs, is linked to miscarriage and infertility.

HSV type 2 infection is a sexually transmitted disease; it commonly causes lesions in or around the vagina, penis, buttocks, rectal orifice, and thighs and sometime may infect the mouth. Type 1, causes fever blisters (cold sores). HSV can be dormant remaining in the nerve cells without any outward signs. Genital herpes, along with other STDs and PIDs, is linked to miscarriage and infertility.
